What is Spiritual Direction?
Spiritual direction is the practice of holy listening and discernment. It is a safe, confidential space where I walk alongside you as a companion on your journey, helping you notice the movements of the divine in your everyday life. Together, we tend to the soul, exploring the questions, challenges and blessings in life that lead toward hope, wholeness and peace.
This process is not about providing answers, but about learning how to listen to God to see His presence and guidance in your life. Spiritual Direction is here to help you understand how God is already working in your life, nurture your awareness of His presence as well as discovering new pathways to a deeper sense of God's love.
What Spiritual Direction is Not:
Spiritual Direction is not counseling, therapy or coaching. I am here to listen and to walk along side you on your journey, to give support, encouragement, and prayer through the highs and lows of life as you discover God's path and plan.

My philosophy is rooted in the belief that soul care is not about providing answers, but about asking questions and cultivating the discernment needed to hear the direction God is leading you.
